About the Ladies Kent Padel Knockout Competition 2025

 

Welcome to the Ladies Kent Padel Knockout Competition 2025, an exciting tournament designed to bring together the best padel players in Kent! This competition will challenge skill, strategy, and teamwork as players compete for the prestigious title of Best Pair in Kent.

 

Starting on 1st April 2025, the tournament will span over several months, with matches being organised between players before each deadline. The final showdown will take place on 4th October 2025.

 

The Structure:

- The competition will follow a knockout format, where pairs of players will compete in each round.

- Players will be responsible for organising their own matches, ensuring each round is completed before the scheduled deadline.

- All matches must be completed in a timely manner to ensure a smooth progression of the tournament.

 

Prizes:

- The winning pair will be crowned the Best Pair in Kent and will receive fantastic prizes. Stay tuned for more details about the rewards!

 

We hope this tournament fosters a competitive yet friendly environment where players can enjoy padel, test their abilities, and connect with the local padel community.

Rules of the Men's Kent Padel Knockout Competition 2025

 

1. Eligibility:

   - This competition is open to all male players based in Kent who have access to a padel court.

   - Players must register as a pair. Solo registrations will not be accepted.

  

2. Tournament Dates:

   - Start Date: 1st April 2025

   - End Date: 30th September 2025

   - Finals: 4th October 2025

  

3. Competition Format:

   - The tournament will be a knockout competition, where pairs will face off in each round.

   - Each round will be drawn randomly, with winners progressing to the next stage of the competition.

   - Players must complete their matches before the **deadline** for each round.

  

4. Organising Matches:

   - It is the responsibility of the players to organise their own matches, including agreeing on a date, time, and venue for each round.

   - Players must notify the organisers of the result within **24 hours** of the match being completed.

   - If players fail to agree on a match time or fail to play their match before the deadline, they may be disqualified from the competition.

  

5. Deadlines:

   - Each round will have a specified deadline by which matches must be completed.

   - Failure to complete a match by the deadline without prior communication may result in disqualification.

 

6. Match Format:

   - Each match will be played in a **best of 3 sets** format.

   - The third set will be a normal set. If the score gets to 6-6 a tiebreak to 7 will decide the set and match winner. 

 

7. Disputes:

   - In the event of a dispute, players should contact the organisers immediately.

   - All decisions made by the organisers are final.

 

8. Code of Conduct:

   - Players are expected to uphold a high standard of sportsmanship and respect throughout the competition.

   - Any form of unsporting behaviour, including but not limited to verbal abuse, inappropriate conduct, or cheating, will result in disqualification from the tournament.

 

9. Finals:

   - The final match will be played on 4th October 2025, where the top two pairs will compete for the title of Best Pair in Kent.

   - The winners of the final will receive their prizes and be crowned the champions!

 

10. Prizes:

    - Prizes will be awarded to the winning pair. Details of the prizes will be announced closer to the finals.

  

11. Updates and Communications:

    - The organisers will provide regular updates via email or social media channels regarding the progress of the tournament, deadlines, and any important information.

  

12. Liability:

    - By participating in the competition, players agree that the organisers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the tournament.
