So much of your golf game comes down to the setup. By working hard on your setup, you will see a massive difference in your swing. There are a few things that you can focus on when practising in the mirror. If you have a full-length mirror, you will see more of your setup, which can exponentially improve your swing.


Here are a few things you can focus on when practising in the mirror:

2. Work On Your Balance


Staying balanced throughout the swing is hugely important to your performance. By being able to keep a solid base throughout the swing will help with your consistency and your control. When you want the tour pro's play, their balance is perfect every single shot.


Here are a few things you can focus on when practising your balance:
